  摘要：Maize is one of the most important crop in the world and is aslo a model of genetic studies because of its high diversity. Taking advantages of sequencing technologies, we could conduct genetic researches on three levels:single cell,individual and population to reslove common or specific questions. In this talk, I'll share some attempts base on the "Trinity" of these three levels.

     主讲人简介：杨宁，遗传学博士，主要研究方向是玉米基因组学及遗传进化。2012年美国杜邦先锋公司访问学者，并获得杜邦先锋奖学金，2015年获得陶氏农业科学奖学金，2016年获国家奖学金，以第一作者在Nature Genetics、 Nature Communication、PLoS Genetics等国际主流期刊发表SCI论文多篇。
